As is standard practice, we do not exchange or return accessories i.e jewelry or bags.
- Our products are packed in their own protective pouch along with protective packaging material before being placed into the box.
- It is highly improbable that the contents of the box are damaged on the inside if the box appears intact upon delivery, (unless deliberately done so by a third party).
- Please refrain from opening a box that looks damaged or considerably bent.
- Take a picture of the unopened box and mail us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You can ship the unopened box to us, and we will re-ship a brand new piece to you at our cost.
- The refund will not apply if the box looks tampered with or has been opened.
- In most cases you should be able to track your package once it leaves our premises, if for some reason you can not, please let us know immediately so that we can do our best to ensure your order arrives to you safely.
- Also let us know if your package does not arrive to you within 10 working days of when it was shipped to you.
