Shipping Policy

Once You Place An Order

  • We will send you an e-mail stating that we have received your order and are processing it.
  • We only accept your payment once we are sure of availability.
  • We will then send you an e-mail confirming your order.
  • We will ship your order as soon as pick-up is possible (usually within 1-2 working days).
  • Once shipped, you will be forwarded a tracking number which you can use to keep a virtual eye on your shipment while it’s on it’s way to you. 


  • We provide Free shipping world-wide.
  • Customers from Russia need to contact us separately, prior to placing an order at:
  • When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
  • Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

For International Shipping Only

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
  • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
  • Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard shipping procedures.
  • If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the shipping driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
  • Customs Duty is not refundable by us.

Delivery Times

  • Our delivery times are usually between 3-12 working days once the order has been processed and depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, etc, about which we will be inform you via email.

Track Your Order

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with your tracking number. To view the progress of your package please vist:


  • All KAMANEYAproducts are placed in a foldable designer faux suede pouch and bow-tied with a ribbon. 
  • They are then, further wrapped in a protective material before being placed in a box.
  • Customs officials sometimes open shipments and cut open our packaging, such an event is regrettable but unfortunately there is nothing we can do to work around this.
